Shipping policy
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 5-10 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipments may be delayed by a few days,however we will notify our customers via the website.
Wrong Address
It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct, we will do our best to speed up the processing and shipping time , so there is always a small of time to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us (info@pridebeauty.co.uk) IMMEDIATELY if you believe you provided an incorrect shipping address.
Lost or stolen
Pride Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packaging. If your tracking information states your packaging was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities/The company that delivered the packaging.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the product and for health and hygiene reasons, we DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any products. If on the unfortunate event that your product is unsatisfactory on arrival, you must notify us within 7 days and we will offer an exchange for the same product. Please contact us via email:info@pridebeauty.co.ukwith pictures of your faulty goods and we will process the exchange as soon as possible.We cannot offer refunds/exchanges after the product has been worn or removed from its original packaging. Items must be returned to us in their original state.
